No se ven carátulas de los álbumes en modo offline

Cuando reproduzco música en modo offline no me muestra las carátulas de los álbumes. Alguien sabe por qué sucederá esto? Al parecer no me esta descargando las carátulas.

Yo también, de la misma manera no me aparecen las carátulas en el iPod de quinta generación, no tiene mucho que me sucedió esto. 

La verdad es muy molesto...

Thanks for your reply in this thread. We hope you don't mind a reply in English as it's the official language of the Community. 

In this case, we'd recommend going to the app's settings > Storage > Clear cache. Then restart the app and check if that makes a difference. If not, go back to Settings > Storage and select the option Remove all downloads. You can start by downloading a playlist to check if the covers are showing in offline mode.

If nothing helps, then we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app with these steps. 

Lastly, If the behavior continues, let us know the make, model, and OS version of the device and the Spotify version you're running.
