If you can't remember your login details, you can try resetting your account's password by entering all possible emails that you may have used to sign up for Spotify. When you enter an email that's registered with Spotify, you get the message that the password reset email was sent. Keep in mind that you could have also created the account through Apple, Google or Facebook so be sure to check out those alternatives as well.

If you're still struggling with logging in to your Premium account, we'd recommend getting in touch with the folks over at Customer Support, who'll be able to assist you further since they have access to the necessary tools.
