Not saving to play offline

Hi folks. Bit of help if you can. I'm unable to save certain songs/albums to play in offline mode on my iPhone 6s. I've over 80gb of space and I'm using wifi. It may download partial songs but not the full album with the rest marked 'waiting to download', still showing the grey arrow, but no songs seem to be queuing ie '1 out of 30'. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers

Hey @Kehoeh, how many songs do you have saved offline roughly at this stage? Also, are you able to advise how much space Spotify is currently taking up on your device? You can check by going Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage.
