Offline doesn’t work abroad after a few days

My Question or Issue

Everytime I go abroad after about 3 or 4 days my offline mode stops working. The app says the songs are downloaded, but doesn’t play them. The only solution I have found is to completely remove the app or the download devices in my account. But then I lose all my downloaded songs and when I’m abroad I don’t always have access to WiFi to re-download. This happens within as well as outside the EU.

Could you try using Sing Out Everywhere and Remove Offline devices options from your Spotify account?

Also, make sure to have iOS 12.4 installed.
