Offline not working/10 s stop

Not sure why this is happening but I have been unable to stream my downloaded music consistently whether I have service or not and a more frustrating and increasing issue, is the song will stop playing at 9-10 seconds. I followed a lot of the guidelines from previous conversations to see if I get the issue fixed and nothing is working. Would really like some help. Thanks

I understand you followed some guidelines from previous conversations, however, have you already tried a clean reinstall?
If not, it'd be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble on your device. If you have concerns about how to proceed, you can check this article.

Just to confirm, is this happening when you have the Offline mode enabled? We'd also like to know the make, model and OS version of the device where this is happening, and if it also happens on any other device where you use the app.

Lastly, we'd like to know the Spotify version you're running.
