Offline on T-Mobile

Offline on T-Mobile

When ever I am on celular network, my Spotify app says I am offline and I can't browse or do anything in the app. Offline Mode is turned off. I have an iPhone 6s with t-Mobile. It works fine on my iPhone 5s on ATT. Any help would be great.

We had that setting on and spotify would turn it off when we opened it. It turned out to be a bug with iOS. When we upgraded to 9.0.2 it fixed the issue.

It should work just fine. I have T-Mobile and it works for me.

 

Go into your iPhone's settings menu and go to "Cellular". Make sure cellular data for Spotify is turned on. Also make sure you are getting T-Mobile coverage in the area you are in.
