Offline synching very slow on iOS (iPhone 6+) and Windows over at home network (ATT).

When I sync my track offline over my home network, they sync abnormaly slow over my home network. I tried this over other networks, and it seems to work normally.

I currently have ATT U-Verse as my internet provider with 24mbs/s download speeds on everything else. However, I am getting anywhere from .1 to .25 for spotify offline sync over phone and computer. I primarily sync wirelessly, so I'm assuming it's a settings/firewall issue with my router.

Are there any known issues specifically with ATT slowing data for spotify? Do you have any suggested settings or methods to allow access?
