My Question or Issue

Hi there! My issue was that I just paid for premium but you will not allow me to listen off-line, there are still commercials and limited number of skips… What did I pay you for?

Hey @LoungeKitten55, help's arrived!

 

Could you try logging out/in of your Spotify account in the app? If that doesn't help, I'd recommend a clean reinstall.

 

If you're still having issues - please let me know your device name, and iOS version + let me know your subscription status in your account overview page.
