My account is a premium account and up to date. When I log in on my iPhone it loads my playlist but when I go to stream a specific song it says I have to have a premium account. Im pretty sure I'm logged in to the proper account. Any suggestions?

Can you try logging out of the app, fully restarting your device and then logging in again?

No I've been a member for a while...it just happened when I reset my phone and redownloaded the app

Very strange!

If all of your playlists are present, then you must be signed into the correct account. Is your account definitely showing as premium on your online overview?

Yeah. It says active premium account that will automatically renew in march. It was drafted from my account in feb. yeah it seems strange and I can't seem to figure it out

That did the trick. I tried logging out but actually turning the phone off seems to have worked. Thanks!
