Pemium not working on iphone

Sounds like a familiar gripe...but...Spotify doesn't seem to work on me iphone. Any ideas please??

I'm having the same problem... just signed up for the 30-day premium trial, received an email receipt, and it's working okay on the desktop version, but not on the mobile platform. If someone from Spotify could look into this for me, that would be great.

It can take a while till Premium activates on all devices. Have a read at this topic.

When I try to access Spotify on iPhone it reads 'This app requires i0s 5...'   I'm not sure how to access it or indeed what 'iOS' is...any tips?

iOS is the operating system iPhones work on. If you have an older model of iPhone, you may need to update your iOS. You can find out how to do that by clicking here and scrolling down to "Update your device using iTunes". If you are unable to update to iOS 5, then you can install the "Spotify for iOS4" application for older devices.
