Playback issues on search page

To whom it may concern,

Now I do not know if I am the only one experiencing this or if others have as well but this is what I’ve been dealing with for the past month or two. So I go to search for a song and the exact song I’m looking for pops up but I can’t play it. I’ll tap and tap and tap on it and it won’t play and is quite irritating. I have to save the song in order to then go to my playlist and hit play. Even if I place it on queue it won’t actually go on queue. It’ll play whatever song I click on to get it started then click next and the music just stops. Doesn’t continue to a different song, no it stops altogether. Oh and the few times it has worked I clicked my phone so many times I cracked the screen and then finally the song played. Talk about excessive and unnecessary.

Could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running? Also, what phone model are you using Spotify on right now?
