Playlist Fast Scrolling Bug

My Question or Issue

When I browse a playlist with many songs and want to quickly scroll to the latest songs, the scrolling lags. (Demo Link 1)

I had the same issue with my old iphone xs, and also with the 12 mini it's the same. In addition, after this problem appears, the animation of when you switch from one song to another (scrolling the covers/canvas) also lags (Demo Link 2)

If scrolling lags on your iOS device you might be experiencing an issue that we're currently investigating. Check out this thread and add your vote by clicking on the +VOTE button. Make sure you follow the steps under Status Update as well. 

It'll also be useful to Subscribe in the three-dots menu at the top right corner next to the title. That'll make sure you stay up-to-date with any relevant updates about this.
