Playlist gone!!!

I recently let someone make a new account with spotify and they signed in on my I phone app and now when I log into my account all my playlist are gone !!!! What happened? And what can I do?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Are you 100% sure you're logging in with the right details? It's very easy to have both a facebook (fb email and password) login and a Spotify (Spotify username + password) login!

If you are sure, it sounds like a duplicate account issue, so I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify should be able to get everything back to normal for you.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
