Playlist songs missing from iPhone, but not desktop Spotify

My Question or Issue

While using Spotify on my iPhone, I selected a playlist that I created myself, and I panicked to see that only 5 of the 16 songs were visible.  After the 5th visible song, it starts over at the 1st visible song, missing 11 entire songs.  I cross-reference with my desktop Spotify, and I can see all 16 songs there.  Why are only 5 of 16 playlist songs visible and accessible in the app, but not the desktop version?  How do I make them visible again?  I deleted, then reinstalled the app, but that didn't help.
