Playlist will not download on iphone and ipad

my playlists will not download, and it has been like this for over 3 months now. its like this on my iphone 4 and ipod. it doesn`t start syncing, sometimes i turn the syncing off and on again, and it starts, but it doesn`t work then eighter, instead of a green mark for download, its a read/orange mark and it does not work!!! wat can i do???

How much free space do your iPhone/iPad have shown in the bar at the top after selecting them under Devices?

How many tracks have you already synced to those devices? There's a 3,333 track limit per device.
