Playlists dissapeared

When I went on my spotify app today all of my playlists are there but some didn't have the album pic there. So when I went in the play list all of the songs in that play list were gone, and when I searched on that play list it was gone. I listendto that playlist as soon as yesterday so I don't know what happend. Please help

Hey oliver,

The first couple things I would recommend you doing would be to first log in and out a couple of times, and if that doesn't help, to restart your phone by holding both the home and power buttons for a couple of seconds simultaneously.

If you have no luck with that, I would log in to the Spotify website: https://www.spotify.com/us/account/recover-playlists/

and go to the Recover Playlist tab. Check to see if your missing playlists are there to restore them.

As a last resort, I would perform a clean reinstallation of the app: https://support.spotify.com/us/learn-more/faq/#!/article/reinstallation-of-spotify

You should check on your computer to see if all your songs are still on there to see whether it's an issue with your phone or not.
