Playlists not fully syncing between computer and iPhone

Hi - I have a couple playlists that don't show fully on my iPhone and I'm unable to access songs I've always been able to access, that I added from Spotify, not local files. For example, one has 336 tracks (per computer), but only shows 300 on my iPhone, and there are only a few songs that were local files from my computer (i.e. not 36). There are now a lot of greyed out songs that I was always able to play. Now when I click, it tells me "Track Not Synced."

 

I've never used offline mode, so this shouldn't be an issue.

 

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times, restarted my phone, toggled the offline mode, and toggled the "Sync Over 2g/3g." My phone is plugged into my laptop and is on the same wifi network.

 

This is a new issue that started today. How can I resolve this?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

Unfortunately, it sounds like this may be related to the bug report here. It's pretty vague as Spotify aren't exactly sure what the problem is yet, so I don't know for sure what the problem is exactly, but best to fill out the template requested as a reply to that thread so Spotify can get some more info about the issue.
