[Playlists] "All Out" Playlist differences between users

My Question or Issue

I'm on a family plan, and we're seeing major differences between Spotify's All Out Playlists that we share with each other. 

For example, the All Out 10s or All Out 00s Playlists are the same for two of my family members but different for another.  Not just a few songs, but the entire playlist.  We're sharing the actual playlist links with each other and the differences are still there.  The weird thing is that it's not the same member that sees the differences. 

I've attached screenshots to show two versions of the same Playlist.  Both are sorted by Title.
