Playlists scrolling to the top when app is closed (iPadOS)

Solved!

Playlists scrolling to the top when app is closed (iPadOS)

Hi,

I don’t remember when this started, but for several weeks or months the iPad app is no longer remembering scroll position in playlists when I close and reopen the app. As soon as I switch to another app, or the home screen, and go back to Spotify then the playlist shows the top of the list. I mostly play 1000+Song playlists so this is extremely annoying, bordering unusable.

Bug? Fix? Thanks!

Hey there @markusX,

Thank you for your post here in the Community.

Can you perform a clean reinstall? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

If that doesn't do the trick - can you provide us a screen recording and also which version of the app you have?

We'll keep an eye out for your reply 🙂

Cheers!
