My Question or Issue

Since today, I see the intereface of Spotify has changed, and now my Podcasts are not shown in the main screen. Additionally, when you press Play, it tries to start but then it closes and nothing happens. I tried on my computer and the following message appears: "Spotify can't play this right now. If you have the fil on your computer you can import it". Note that I have tried with different podcasts, even the ones I have heard yesterday without problems. Now they just do not work at all.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community! Sorry for the late reply - we just came by this post.

 

There was a temporary issue with podcasts not playing which should now be fixed. Could you confirm if everything looks good on your end now?

 

Try logging out and signing back in if you haven't already as this triggers an internal refresh of the app. It's also worth reinstalling the app to ensure you're running the latest version of Spotify.
