I am currently using a new iPod touch, and I've had spotify for 2 months. This month when I paid for the service, it's still saying I'm a fee user and that only radio is available to me... That's funny because my banks statement sure as hell says -9.99 from spotify! Where's my premium access and why is it taking so long. Awful customer service. I expect something to be done, however can't even speak to someone directly

Same thing happening with me.  It says that my license to listen offline has expired, but I just signed up for premium 4 days ago.

Tdubkills - Premium seems to be up and running on your account. Try logging out and logging back in, ensuring you are selecting the "Login with Facebook" option.

yardfulofbirds - Premium should be working - Use "yardfulofbirds" when logging in.
