Hey @atlasvanstanton, welcome to the Spotify Community!

Sorry to hear that your music doesn't seem to be playing correctly, I'll try to help you get it fixed.

My first thought is that the issue is a hardware issue as opposed to something wrong with Spotify, especially since you said you deleted and re-installed already.

Under the same conditions, can you test some other audio or music (not on Spotify) and tell me if the crackling/dropping out still occurs?

If you usually listen to Spotify with headphones, can you unplug the headphones and play a track and tell me if it still crackles/drops out, even on local speakers?

If there is no crackling or dropping out in these scenarios, the problem is with either faulty headphones or a faulty headphone port on your iPad. However, if other apps' audios are fine but Spotify crackles even through speakers, please let me know and I can try to help you find the root of the problem.

Hi,

Audio from youtube videos seems to play fine without interruption. I'm trying to play it through bluetooth speakers. I connected my phone and played spotify through it and there were also no interruptions. It is only spotify on the ipad which is malfunctioning, no other audio programs.

Hello?

Can anyone help me?

Hmm, I can't seem to figure out your problem, sorry.
