Premium - Crackling, Stuttering, Connectivity, Phantom app issues!

I am experiencing stuttering issues using multilple bluetooth devices even on plugged in headphones on occasion. I triend clean reinstallations numerous times and it temporary resolves the probelm of stuttering. I also find if you shut down the app and wait a few minutes and restart your bluetooth device it also temporarily resolves the situation. If you move from 3/4G to WiFi or the other way around the problem can pop again. Also, when I shut down the app it still continues to play songs and the only way to shut it down is to open the app again and then shut if down again. This is so frustrating because I am a premium user. I am running version 6.2.0.1028 armV7 on a Samsung S5. If anyone has any ideas what to do other than using Pandora (which I never have issues like this), please let me know but I am about 24 hours away from canceling my subscription and washing my hands of Spotify. Please help!!!!
