Premium account not working

Premium account not working

I have the exact same problem. I have uninstalled my app and redownladed the app. Still the same problem. I have through all of my setting made changes, went back un did the changes . Still wont work. Anything I have tried will not fix the problem... I am very angry because I pay for it and it dosnt work.........

Hey 🙂 

 

When syncing your playlist, does it always freeze on the same track? If so, try removing that track from your playlist temporarily and see if that makes any difference. 

Also, are any of the tracks in that playlist local files which you have stored as mp3's on your computer? Also how much free storage space do you have on your device?

 

If that doesn't help, would you be able to try all of the troubleshooting steps and fill in the template in the iOS troubleshooting guide

It freezes on all song. I dont not haved any songs saved to my computer that I have in any local files. This happens in all the play list I have created. 

How much free storage space do you have on your device?
