Premium not activating after adding payment info

Premium not activating after adding payment info

I have deleted and reinstalled the app on my iPhone 5s and it's still not working

im having same issue myself with no premium update on my iphone5 after paying for it

awaiting help from spotify tech support

How long does it take for them to respond?

There is currently a problem that is causing premium to not activate.

This should be fixed soon.

I upgraded to spotify premium and paid for it. i also got the payment receipt but its still not upgraded. Please fix this asap!

Sorry for the trouble! Premium usually activates instantly. There seems to be a delay right now.

 

Please be patient and try to log out and back in a few times every once in a while to see if it has activated.

I am not able to enter premium and I paid for it please solve this I am using IPhone 6

When are you gong to solve the issue with no premium Being activated after pay it?
