I have premium and it says that in my account but I still can only shuffle and it throws in songs I don't want??????

I got rid of the app and reloaded it but nothing has changed

Do you mean you reinstalled the app, or you just restarted the app?

 

Can you try going into the Spotify app settings and logging out and back into the app?
