Problems with listening to followed artists

I have had a quite annoying problem with Spotify for some time now.

When browsing my followed artists some show that there’s n amount of downloaded tracks.

That’s all fine and dandy but when I select this artist it only shows me these ’downloaded’ tracks and nothing else. I don’t ever recall even downloading tracks to local.

Now to ’fix’ the problem I can search up the artist by name and this way it works as it should, but I sure hope I could just scroll through my favourite artists and hit a good song.
