Purchased a new iPhone and now my Spotify Premium is not working

Purchased a new iPhone and now my Spotify Premium is not working

I recently upgraded my phone. When my backup on my phone was complete and went into Spotify and realized that my account wasn't registering that I'm paying for Prenium. I have had the service for months and my account details says that I am paying for it. 

 

My playlists have all disappeared, I'm unable to play the music I want to listen to, and it's frustrating that what I'm paying for isn't working. I have logged in and out of my account, changed emails, and updated my payment details but nothing has fixed the problem. 

 

How can I resolve this issue?
