Radio not working on LTE

iPhone 5, updated os and app.  Has never worked for me, works fine over wifi.  Any way to fix this?

Spotify doesn't yet support LTE. Does radio work if you switch it off?

Yes, I just tested it and radio works on 4G.

Ok, it did work once, but hasn't worked since.  I can't get radio to work over cellular data no matter what I do.  I either get a radio page that never actually starts playing, or a blank page.  I've deleted and redownloaded the app, hard reset the phone, etc.  All other apps work perfectly over cellular, only Spotify is flaky.  It's extremely frustrating, I have a friend with iPhone 5, iOS 6, and AT&T in this area and it works for him.  Could it be my phone?  Is there anything else I can do?

Description

Radio does not work on cellular data

A more detailed description, using numbered steps

1.  Try to load radio while connected to LTE or 4G

2.  If I'm lucky, get a radio page, press play, get an endless loading graphic and no music

3.  Most likely get a blank radio screen

What I expected to happen

Radio to load and play, like it does on wifi

What actually happened

Radio will not load, and if it does, it will not play

Anybody have any ideas?  Spotify really does have the best radio and I'd really rather not use anything else!

Hey there!

After reding your information first thing I could also imagine is that your mobile carrier may could hav blocked the ports for 🎧Spotify radio, so you can't acces them over LTE.

You tried to access the radio over 3G?

Yes, I have disabled LTE, which changes the connection to 4G.  Over 4G it has worked once or twice, but the large majority of the time it does not work.  You can see this is the video I posted.  Also, I have friends using the same provider not having this problem.

Mh really strange.....
But if your friends uses 🎧Spotify and the radio works fine.
Than it has to be your iPhone which got a problem.

May you first should reset your iPhone network settings.
Under settings -> general -> reset -> reset network settings.

If it still won't work the last hope would be to reset your entire content and settings of your iPhone. Because internet connection stays internet connection no matter how fast it is.
