Radio station is repeating

Hey guys,

I am new to Spotify and like it pretty much. I started a few radio stations (free user) and listened to about 20 songs, liked and disliked, skipped, enjoyed and closed the app after a while.
Back on Spotify I have a very annoying problem with these radio stations: instead of continuing the radio it started playing the very first song that was streamed when I created the station. Afterwards it plays exactly the same songs in exactly the same order than at the first time... Since i am not able to skip all the songs that i already listened to, I have to listen to the whole thing again... Resetting the app is useless.

Can anybody help?

Hey Lung999

Im thinking this is a coding problem for the app itself, as this is a random issue.  To my knolwdge (i dont use the radio portion often), when you start a radio station off of a song currently playing, It restarts the song (if you have premuim), or goes to a related song (if you revert to the free service).

My first option, like any technical professional would tell you, is to:

- cycle the power (Close the app, wait 10 seconds, re-open),

- if not that then reboot your phone,

- and if not that, to redownload the app.

If all of the above fail to work, there is a Spotify for iOS6 app on the Apple store that one could try (Im not an android user).  If there is any way possible if that doesnt work, my last suggestion would be to try to download an old version and opt out of updates, as well as submitting a review to the store page, whether that be Amazon, Google Play, or the Apple App Store.
