Radio stations acting like playlists

My Question or Issue

I am not able to make a radio, or go to any radio station. Instead, I am sent to a playlist that has about 50 songs, and only when I go to the last song and skip it or finish it, it goes to a real radio, where I am able to like and dislike songs. However, I cannot save this “real” radio station that I get, and it is a huge hassle to have to do this whenever I want to listen to music.

As someone who primarily uses

Spotify for this feature alone, I am considering already switching to another music streaming app. Is there any way to fix this? Is it a bug? Please let me know.
