Rapid Skipping/Stuttering IOS

My Question or Issue

For months now my Spotify will either play ok, Or just start rapid fire skipping entire playlists and never stopping. 
I can’t even close the app and reopen it continuously skips. 

I have deleted the app, restarted my phone, updated, disconnected all external speakers, and even searched for preferences multiple times since January. 

im tired and angry and I’m just done, I’m going to delete the app and cancel premium bc it’s so annoying to pay for this app and not even listen to my music :’( 

PLEASE help or I’m deleting and gonna have to go back to Apple Music.

BTW I already signed out multiple times. I genuinely tried all the fixes I’ve seen here prior. Still nothing.
