Hey! I have the same problem with My account we ar using at work. The button suddenly dissapeared when i logged out from my idap. Will attach a picture of the top of the playlist. Our account is a premium account. Have read and followed all the steps from earlier posts.

Just keep in this thread 🙂

 

If your playlists and subscription are missing, it soulnds like you have logged into the wrong account. If your account overview shows an active premium subscription and the username is a 10 digit number, you should be logging in with your facebook credentials (email address not a username) but it it shows a username then you should be logging in with that username. Try logging out and back in.

Just to confirm, are you logging in to Spotify on your iPad with your username '920419' and password? 

 

Do you see the option to download on other devices? The desktop app for example?

I know you mentioned you where on Premium, can you just double check your account is showing as Premium on your online account and the next renewal date is in the future?:

I did. It says premium user. I've followed all of the steps and checked my premium status. All of our playlists are gone aswell.

Please notice aswell that i am using Ipad and not android. Don't know if that matters though.
