No matter what I do, my playlists WON'T DOWNLOAD!

I have some of my tracks synced but others won't. I switch it off and back on an it gets so far and then stops. It just shows an orange exclamation point? It's pretty inconvenient when only half your playlist can be played offline

Did you follow the steps in this post? (This is on android not iOS?).

i haven't done those steps no. i didn't want to go through the langthy prossess of deleting the app and reinstalling it. was hoping there was an easy answer. and its on my iphone so iOS

That post doesn't even mention anything about reinstalling the app so I guess you didn't read it but it applies to android so try this post instead.

Now we've established that you have an iphone, I'll move the thread out of the android section into the iOS section.
