Recently switched back to free subscription, and now no songs play

Recently switched back to free subscription, and now no songs play

Cannot play any songs/playlists. I can only see podcast episodes on the "what's new" tab on my account icon (top left corner on app).

Hey there,

 

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!

 

To start we recommend logging out > logging back in twice in a row which will re-sync your account and the device you're using. 

 

If that doesn't do the trick and you're still not able to play songs and playlists then you can also clear the corrupted cached files and give the app a clean reinstall which helps resolve different issues with the performance. You can follow the steps in this article.

 

Lastly, should there be no difference it'd be very helpful if you could send us the device's make, model and OS-version as well as a screenshot or two of how things look like from your end. You can attach them via the Insert Image option in the post editor.
