Redownloaded Spotify app and playlists have disappeared - please help

I've been a Spotify premium user for over two years now; I deleted the Spotify app temporarily on my phone without realizing that if I re-download it and log back in, my premium account and playlists would disappear. The playlists are still available when I'm on my laptop though... 

How can I recover the playlists on the app??? 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

Hey @c3chow,

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features, and your music.

Hello, I had the same problem:

I wanted to install Spotify on my pc, but it didn 't load my playlists and songs...

I found a guide, and it said me to redownload Spotify on my mobile device,

but when I signed in, there were also on my mobile phone just the Playlists of other members and not my PLaylists.(They were hidden before i redownloaded)

Please help me I'm realy scared to loose my Playlist.

PS:I hadn't got a premium account
