Removed from Beta Test, can I get back in?

Removed from Beta Test, can I get back in?

I was part of the Beta Testing program for the past (almost) 7 years and discovered this morning that I have been removed from the program.

I believe that this is due to iOS offloading TestFlight from my iPhone and the app therefore not updating to the latest build, to my knowledge the app was updating without my interaction and therefore did not realise that this was not the case.

I am beta testing other applications that update without interaction and did not realise that Spotify did not. Is there any way I can get back into the program?

Hi there @priddeyford,

Thanks for the post.

Sorry to hear that this has happened.

To sign up for the Alpha or Beta program, just click on one of the links below, using the phone you want to install the Alpha or Beta version on.

NOTE: There is a limit to the number of Alpha and Beta users we can have at any time on iOS. From time to time we will remove inactive users, so if the program is full now, you can try again later.

These links will let you download the TestFlight app again.

Hope this helps.

Hey @priddeyford

Make sure to go into TestFlight and turn automatic updates on for the apps that you test. That way next time you are beta testing the Spotify app, you are less likely to be removed from testing due to inactivity (not downloading the latest updates).
