Hace unas semanas, cuando estoy en Spotify se corta constantemente y además, las canciones se reproducen solas o se pasa a otra canción, pero siempre se corta. Tengo todo actualizado y ninguna otra aplicación me hace esto, no es problema de conexión.

Hola @user-removed nunca he experimentado esto a menos que sea por una intermitencia en el servicio de datos o Wife, ya trataste quitando y volviendo a instalar la aplicación.

Hola!! Gracias por contestar tan pronto 😁 Lamentablemente esa opción tampoco funciona 😞 Ya lo he intentado todo... He visto que a otros usuarios le ha sucedido lo mismo que a mí pero para Android y han podido solucionarlo, pero no encontré casos para IPhone con mi modelo... ☹️
Me pasa exactamente lo mismo!!! Ya elimine la app, la baje de nuevo,... Cerré sesión, la elimine de nuevo, la baje y abrí sesión y sigue igual de loco 😡 😡 😡 😡

me pasa exactamente lo mismo, la música se cambia sola, a veces se detiene y NO tengo la cuenta compartida con alguien más, creo que es problema de espacio insuficiente, porque antes tenia más espacio libre y no me pasaba eso, hasta ahora, tengo el servicio premium familiar con iPhone 7s
Me pasa exactamente lo mismo, se pausa la musica sola no dura mas de 30 segundos, y luego reproduce 1 cancion desconocida con repeticion, las canciones que reproduce se alternan entre 2 llamadas: shtzoov - kingkuracia y la otra se llama Bouhibou - Milkaven.
Ya cerre sesión en todos los dispositivos cambie clave 2 veces, reinstale muchas veces la aplicacion en el PC y el problema persiste en todos los dispositivos, ya sea PC, Mac air, Iphone y en Alexa. Elimine la aplicacion en el Mac air, en iphone y alexa. Solo la tengo en el PC ahora y el problema sigue, no hay como solucionarlo, no puedo escuchar musica.

If the steps that @Xenia posted didn't do the trick there's a few more things you can do for additional security of your account. Don't overlook the suggestion to change the password for any service associated with your account, such as your email address, Facebook, or Apple.
You can also log in on your Account page and go to ''Apps'' in the menu on the left side. There you can see all third party apps that are connected to your account and we'd recommend that you "Remove Access" for the apps that you don't recognize. For the ones that remain, it would be good to reset their passwords.
You should also perform a thorough scan of your device for malicious software.
