Shuffle Play, albums aren't working in Offline Mode

In offline mode, lots of features aren't working for me. I enabled offline mode in the settings and downloaded songs and albums, but they aren't properly working offline.

When I click on a song to play in my song library (filtering only downloaded songs), some songs work, some don't, when all songs there were obviously downloaded.

Shuffly playing an album doesn't work, clicking on songs in an album (filtering only downloaded albums) doesn't work, clicking on songs in a playlist (filtering only downloaded albums) doesn't work. When I click on these song/ shuffle, it shows the song on the screen but it just stays at the position 0:00 and doesn't play any audio.

Is there any way to fix this?
