My Question or Issue

Help! I am a 60-year-old totally tech UN-savvy music lover who just wants to be able to shuffle my entire playlist again! Like I used to with the green shuffle arrow. I have tried lsolutions offered on different forums (including tapping the crossed curvy arrows) but nothing seems to be work. I don’t want to just shuffle one album at a time. I want to shuffle the whole playlist - like I used to. TIA

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

No worries, you can shuffle your playlist by tapping on the Shuffle icon right next to green Play icon:     

Or if you prefer, you can also find this option in the Now playing view on the left:

Make sure to tap on this icon on every playlist you'd like to shuffle. When the shuffle is enabled, it's green. For more info, we suggest that you take a look at this article.
