I can't stop having problems with Spotify and I'm losing my mind.

The newest one: when I shuffle an artist, I no longer get their whole catalog. It plays a handful of songs and then starts playing similar artists. On top of that, each time I shuffle I'm getting the same queue.

Is there any reason to keep paying for Spotify?
