Shuffle play not working on iOS or Mobile

Shuffle play not working on iOS or Mobile

For a little over a month now, I have encountered an issue with shuffle playing my music where it will fail to load any music ahead or behind the expected queue, you cannot select a different song, see what any of the covers look like, and the only way to do anything further is to close the application and come back into it, which will continue to play the same shuffle of songs that was previously set, but a few songs previous to where you left off.

Thanks for reaching out!

This does sound like a cache issue to me. In which case it should resolve itself after you clear your cached data.
Tip: This will not affect any of your library items.

 

In case this doesn't help, you could also try doing a complete clean reinstall 🙂
