Siri not working recently

My Question or Issue

It was fine before, but a week or two ago, I can no longer use Hey Siri to tell Spotify play music, it keep replying "I didn't find *** on Spotify", but that's not the fact. Please see some screen captures. This problem comes up in both Cantonese and English scenarios.

In this case we suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app. This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

We also suggest that you make sure that there's no pending update for your OS.
