Welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

Have you tried logging out of Spotify and logging back in? This usually fixes this problem. If it didn't help, then try reinstalling the app.

 

If even reinstalling doesn't help, then you should contact Spotify staff via email at: support@spotify.com or use the Contact Form.
