Just to confirm, are you having issues with the phone app? If so, could you try a clean reinstall to see if you notice any difference? This action will clear the app's stored cache.

Shouldn't that do the trick, can you send us some more info on what's happening from your end?  Also, let us know what device and version of the operating system you're currently running, and we'll see what we can suggest.
