Some Premium accounts are not working

Some Premium accounts are not working

I recently pushed an app to the app store but some Spotify Premium users continued to get error code 8, Bad Login/Credentials. Earlier, some Premium users were getting free service and it was fixed for some accounts, but others continue to have errors. I was wondering if other people were experiencing the same thing or if anyone has any suggestions. Thanks!

Could you confirm the following details for us: 

1. Your device

2. The device's OS

3. The app version you have installed

 

I'd also do a quick clean reinstallation if you haven't tried it already. Thanks!

I recently purchase pro version of spotiffy, but the only divice it identifies my pro accout is on my iphone 4s
On my ipad and android phone only free version. I have unistalled the app and remove the cache, but steel just iphone. Why?

Ios version. 8,3 ipad and iphone 4s
