Some of my downloaded music wont play offline

My Question or Issue

So I have a lottt of music downloaded and usually listening offline works perfectly fine, but now if im offline I can’t listen to selected artists (yes they’re downloaded) every other artist works fine i can listen to them offline but as soon as i want to play some songs from my favourite artists they never seem to work, I’ve tried deleting Spotify, redownloading all my music and even just re-downloading music from the specific artists that wont work. Its just so odd to me that it only happens to the artist i spend the most time listening to. is there any way to fix this?

(I have a screen recording that was too big to upload, it shows the songs not playing while offline you can see they’re downloaded, but when i go online again they work)

I'd like to suggest another step - please follow the steps provided here to perform a full clean reinstall.
