Someone deleted all songs on my Collaborative playlist

Hi!

I have a Collaborartive playlist and now someone has deleted all my (350???) songs from it.

Can i get i restored or something? it would be great..

Someone did it today or yesterday..

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they should be able to roll back the playlist for you. Just to be on the safe side, I take copies of my collaborative playlists every month or so!

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

If I could make a suggestion. Create a duplicate private playlist and use it as a backup. This is likely to happen from time to time.
