Song list starts over

This is a puzzler, I cannot figure it out.

Every morning when I go to work, I jump in the truck and it auto connects to Bluetooth, which starts Spotify. This is usually the last normal thing that happens. Spotify will finish the last song it was playing when I last turned it off. Then it will start playing the first song from the list over from when I last hit shuffle. Now this isn't just every morning this is every time I turn off the truck and start it back up. It will do this over and over. I can select shuffle again and it will start the same sequence over, but with the new shuffle sequence.

I'm a premium member, I play through ford sync. I have turned off repeat, although it turns itself back on frequently. Repeat is turned off in vehicle as well.

I hope you have some ideas. I have googled this to death, and can't find a solution to it.
