Songs ARE or WERE synced, but saying that they aren't...?

Hello people! 

 

So i have RECENTLY had this problem.

 

Im a songwriter, so i have all my demos synced offline to a specific playlist and i have had no problem with this for years now! 

 

The other day however i was in studio and went to play someone who i was working with one of my demo's as a reference, problem was, it was apparently not synced to my phone I would receive a 'Song Not Synced' error message. The song title and information is greyed out, but weirdly enough, a couple songs are working fine in the SAME playlist.

 

But this doesn't make any sense because i was under impression that the green, circled down-arrow symbolised that local tracks WERE in fact synced offline. So what i did is un install the app and delete all the date, re install and spend an hour or so syncing back all of my offline songs, which worked until today. Today the same thing has happened and I am still unsure as to why! 

 

I tried to browse the forums for a similar problem, but couldnt find a solution, if anybody has already has this solved can you please point me in the right direction? If not can you please advise and help.

This is currently a bug with local files. In order to fix it, you will need to delete the whole app and resync all the local files. But then, the next time an update comes, you will have to resync again unless the bug is fixed.

 

I have reported this bug to the developers so hopefully it will be fixed soon.
